When you send an enquiry we collect your name, email address, phone number (if provided), the service you are interested in, your preferred contact method and your message.

Please do not include passport numbers, PPS numbers or other identification numbers in the form. If you go on to use our services, we will explain how to share documents safely.

We use your information only to respond to your enquiry and, if you choose to work with us, to provide the service you request. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Our legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form, and the steps needed at your request before providing a service.

Enquiries are delivered to us by email through a service provider that processes the data on our behalf. If you contact us on WhatsApp, Facebook or Instagram, those platforms' own privacy policies also apply.

We only share your information with an authority (for example as part of an application) when you ask us to help you with that application.

We keep enquiry information only for as long as needed to respond to you and to provide any service you request, and then delete it.

Under data protection law (GDPR) you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, object to or restrict its use, and withdraw your consent at any time by contacting sjconsultancyireland@gmail.com.

You also have the right to complain to the Data Protection Commission in Ireland (www.dataprotection.ie).
